Have you ever come across information about a mistake in a movie or TV show and thought "Rubbish - that's not a mistake!" Well, you're not alone. While reading Phil Farrand's Nitpicker Guide for Classic Trekkers, I managed to come up with plausible explanations for at least a third of the 'nits' - And If I can explain some of this stuff, I'm sure other people can! To find out if I'm right, I decided to put together a Wiki for these explanations.

Have you ever come across information about a mistake in a movie or TV show and thought "Rubbish - that's not a mistake!" Well, you're not alone. While reading Phil Farrand's Nitpicker Guide for Classic Trekkers, I managed to come up with plausible explanations for at least a third of the 'nits' - And If I can explain some of this stuff, I'm sure other people can! To find out if I'm right, I decided to put together a Wiki for these explanations.
