Errors and Explanations[]
Internet Movie Database[]
Miscellaneous[]
- When Ramsey goes into the house to rescue the infant from the killer robot, he steps on the mini bush, the supposedly real plant is obviously a fake. Perhaps people in the future use a mixture of fake and real plants to conserve water.
- When Ramsay watches Miss Rogers on the monitor as she is cornered by the sentry robot, she reacts to a Taser hit, but the arc isn't there. The optical effect is missing. Possibly a stealth mode for the taser.
Plot holes[]
- Officer Thompson has a scene wherein she describes Luther to an officer, who creates a computerized image of him using a handheld device. Why bother when they've already got his image on the tape from Johnson's door monitor? Either the door monitor image was corrupted, or the rules of the investigation require independent confirmation of the description of a suspect.
Movie Mistakes[]
Continuity[]
- The whole time sequence in the last part of the movie is messed up. After trying to nab the bad guys at the hotel, Tom Selleck goes home and puts his son to bed, then is called back in to work, and then the rest of the film is supposed to be the same evening, but it was already late night. The rest of the film is most likely set during the very early hours of the following morning.
Plot hole[]
- Considering Luther is responsible for the death of 6+ people and 2 cops, there is no way there would not have been a small army of cops including 2 or more snipers covering the restaurant stakeout. There is no way he could have murdered Jackie and then just run off into the bushes. Submitted by Grumpy Scot There is too much of a risk of someonr tipping Luther off.
